修行入門:四念法相變示意圖解

四念法乃是一種入門方便,意守呼吸。行門簡單、沒有玄妙。念入、出息,用數羊的方式將意識之千萬思緒條理出一定軌跡、整理散亂妄念。

練習方法
專注呼吸讓氣息增長,身心隨之放鬆,入眠。

實踐基礎
伴隨氣息增長附予意識相同慣性,放鬆技巧將愈趨純熟、專注定力增加,時間無常的概念相對趨緩,心法念頭上的捕捉就容易達成。

此法是基礎,非常簡易。萬人玄妙;萬人著魔,慎之。對此法如有不解,可念佛號、持短咒,取入的效果相同。
